First of all, I will give some ways to learn vocabulary by my experience. In the past, I used to learn 5 new words each day. I used to write them down a small piece of paper. Sometimes, I would review them and remind what they mean. Or, I might write them down on my hand in order to look at them anywhere. Thanks to it, I could remember a lot of new words but I could not know how to use them into the right sentences. I used to focus on the meanings, not the way to use. With many years experiences in learning foreign language, especially English, I found that we have to seek for the best method for oneself to learn words. You may search for many ways in Internet. The following steps help you learn, remember and use new words:
Step 1: You must learn how to pronounce any words.
You need to listen the native speakers and repeat after them. You pay attention to tones, rhythm.
Step 2: Write it down about 10 times to remember.
It is easy for you to do like that. You need to be persistent.
Step 3: You should choose an example with the new words and learn it by heart.
It is useful for you to know how to use words and learn more about grammar.
Step 4: The most important step for you. Maybe it makes you bored but
you need to review new words every day, every week, every month.
According to some studies, you will forget what you have learnt 50% in 1 day.
It is up to you, you should creative a story per day with using new vocabularies.
